Every unit moves through explicit states. Supply, stock classes, escrow backing and rewards remain accountable at every step.

Fractions trade. Whole units forge.
sPEG has 18 decimals and remains freely divisible. When a normal wallet crosses one complete unit, the contract moves exactly 1.00 sPEG into PegVault and queues one StockPeg object for that wallet. Only the remainder stays liquid.

Reveal is delayed, verifiable and quota-safe.
A newly forged object first shows a pixel “?”. A reveal batch becomes callable after 15 minutes or when 50 objects are waiting. External verifiable randomness assigns the class; operator-selected timestamps or block entropy are not accepted.

One daily epoch turns market activity into Stock Tokens.
The canonical Uniswap v4 pool collects the 3/3 hook fee in USDG. LP fees are separate and also flow to Stock Treasury. Every 24 hours the available USDG budget is frozen before randomness selects one eligible Stock Class.

Classes without active user-owned objects are not eligible. The buyer enforces an approved token and venue allowlist, oracle-based minimum output, maximum slippage and a deadline. If execution is unsafe or liquidity is unavailable, USDG stays in Treasury for a later attempt.

Rewards accrue per object, without looping over holders.
The purchased Stock Token increases one cumulative reward index for the winning class. Every active user-owned StockPeg reads its share from that index. Pool inventory, Treasury objects and protocol-owned objects are excluded.

Everything travels together.
pegId, Stock Class, SVG seed, escrowed backing and every unclaimed reward move atomically to the buyer. The backing never leaves PegVault.
OWNER A → OWNER BRewards settle before the unit returns.
The seller receives accrued Stock Tokens, backing sPEG is released to the exempt router, and the object enters Pool Inventory with zero pending rewards.

StockPeg economics apply only through the canonical hooked pool and protocol router. Liquidity has no lock or timelock and remains fully controlled by the disclosed Safe.
